COUNCIL BILL NO. 2021-007
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin, Missouri, a Missouri municipal corporation, to enter into an agreement with Integrated Roadways, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, for the purpose of developing a smart infrastructure program; and authorizing the City Manager to execute said agreement by and on behalf of the City of Joplin.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin, Missouri, a Missouri municipal corporation, to enter into an agreement with Bird Rides, Inc., a Delaware corporation, for the purpose of implementing a shared active transportation operation; and authorizing the City Manager to execute said agreement by and on behalf of the City of Joplin.

Connor Ave. in the City of Joplin, Missouri, for Four Thousand Two Hundred dollars ($4,200); providing how the cost thereof shall be paid; how the assessment thereof shall be made; and containing an emergency clause.
