The Jasper County Health Department reported five COVID-19 deaths today bringing the total to 207. Eleven deaths have been reported in the past two days.
The victims were a woman in her 40s, a woman in her 70s, a woman in her 80s, and two men in their 70s.
The department confirmed 56 new COVID cases Monday and has recorded 12,812 to date.
