Probable cause: Joplin man violates protection order, threatens to distribute nude photos, videos of woman

A Joplin man was charged with violating a protection order and tampering with a witness, both misdemeanor charges, after allegedly sending e-mails in which he threatened to disseminate nude photos of a woman.

That alleged threat resulted in a felony charge against the 61-year-old man, according to the probable cause statement.

The e-mails began in March with the man "requesting property and explaining his displeasure of how (the woman) had treated him," the probable cause statement said. The woman has an active Jasper County protection order against him.

In one particular email, (he) threatens to disseminate nude photos of (the woman) if she contacted the police regarding the messages he had been sending her, violating the order of protection.

He also sent two video clips of the woman, according to the probable cause statement.

The man's bond was set at $1,500 surety or $300 cash. He is to have no contact with the woman.

(Editor's note: The names were omitted to avoid causing more harm to the alleged victim.)

Pretty sure that case net and the course documents, will show that you're trying to pull a nice Amber Heard, victim scam, that's why you need to post anonymous, Krista Baker Carey.

Maybe you should refer those allegations to your attorney, and see if he advises you to continue to slander and libel me.

You only filed an order of protection because I was sending emails, to your boyfriend co-star of the videos, who promised to pay me back the money you called me out of, and you thought that would alleviate your debt. I never approached you, never revealed anything, never had any contact with you at all.

Even your kids and ex-husband, can vouch for my side of the story.

Absolutely, but I was advised by other people that this was happening, years after the event and by god, I'm not having my name thrown out there.
I've said my peace, and yes, I do appreciate you but that tells you what type of trashy ass liar comes to someplace like this and start something like that. Is there irony that I responded? Maybe, but I work in this town and a lot of people know me, so I am going to fight to protect my name.

      Have a great day.
