An arrest warrant was issued today for Dawn Renee Wynn, 49, Anderson, who is reported missing while out on bond on second degree murder and armed criminal actions charges, stemming from the November 16, 2021, murder of her husband, Harold Wynn.
As an added measure, Judge Kevin Selby revoked Wynn's bond.
McDonald County Circuit Court Judge John LePage set a $100,000 surety bond for Wynn April 22, over the objections of the prosecuting attorney.
One of the conditions of her bond was that she remain under house arrest at her parents' home in Benton County, Arkansas.
The allegations against Wynn were detailed in a November 19, 2021, McDonald County Sheriff's Office news release:
On Tuesday, 11-16-2021, deputies responded to an address on Pleasant Grove Road, west of Anderson after a shooting was reported to the 911 Center.Deputies arrived at the address to find Harold Lee Wynn dead from an apparent gunshot wound to the head. First arriving deputies secured the scene and called for additional help from supervisors and detectives.
The scene was processed and after the preliminary investigation, Wynn’s wife, Dawn Renee Wynn, was taken into custody and transported to the McDonald County Jail.
A probable cause statement was prepared by MCSO Detectives and presented to the McDonald County Prosecuting Attorney and warrants were issued for Dawn Wynn for the crimes of Murder, 2nd Degree and Armed Criminal Action, with No Bond.
A .40 caliber pistol was located on scene and seized as evidence.
From a news release posted today on the McDonald County Sheriff's Office Facebook page,
She should be considered dangerous and could be armed. She is accused of and charged with shooting her husband in the back of the head while he slept.

Another - "Soft On Crime" Judge - Judge John LePage - should be Recalled and/or Voted Off the Bench and Someone with an Attitude of - Truly Wanting to Serve the Best Interest of the People should take his Place.
