AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2022-274, passed by the Council of the City of Joplin, Missouri, August 1, 2022, by removing from District C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) and including in District C-O (Non-retail Commercial) property as described below and located approximately 215 feet north of the intersection of N. Florida Ave. and E. Newman Rd., City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.

AN ORDINANCE approving the City of Joplin to enter into a construction agreement with D&E Plumbing and Heating Inc., in the amount of Four Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Five Hundred Sixty and 00/100 Dollars ($481,560.00) for construction of the 7th and Canterbury Stormwater Improvements project; and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin.
