Jasper County Health Department receives new COVID-19 booster vaccine

We have received the new COVID booster vaccine which includes the Original and Omicron BA.4/BA.5 strains for both Pfizer and Moderna.

 
-Pfizer is authorized for persons 12 years of age and older;

 
-Moderna is authorized for persons 18 years of age and older.

 
**There must be at least 8 weeks between your last vaccination and the new booster dose.
