A final probation revocation hearing for a former Joplin daycare operator is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. May 18 in U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
LaSonya Poindexter, 35, served time on a federal kidnapping charge and is currently being held without bond in the Greene County Jail after being arrested March 27.
A grand jury indicted Poindexter in 2017, charging her with attempting to kidnap a client's infant daughter.Details about that case can be found at this link.
