Government withdraws detention motion for Joplin man on child pornography charge

A Joplin man waived the reading of his indictment and entered a not guilty plea today in U. S. District Court in Springfield to child pornography charges.

The U. S. Attorney withdrew a detention motion and Bryon A. Keller, 51, was released on his own recognizance.

According to the indictment, Keller allegedly received and distributed child pornography between August 18, 2020 and April 13, 2021 in Jasper County.
