Joplin woman, Webb City man plead guilty to roles in meth trafficking conspiracy

During separate change of plea hearings today in U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, a Joplin woman and a Webb City man pleaded guilty to their roles in a meth trafficking conspiracy.

No sentencing date has been set for Amanda Consolver, 31, Joplin, (pictured) or Dustin A. Teeter, 41, Webb City. Pre-sentencing investigations were ordered.

Others indicted in the conspiracy, which took place during 2022, were Troy D. Frost, 43, Joplin, Jeremy J. Sanders, 43, Carthage and Oleyesa A. Tiegs, 30, Carthage.
