A change of plea hearing is scheduled 1 p.m. May 30 in U. S. District Court in Springfield for a Sarcoxie man charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
Brian Florian-Palma, 43, was originally scheduled to plead guilty in February, but the hearing was postponed.
Florian-Palma is already serving a 15-year sentence on meth trafficking and weapons charges.
According to the indictment, which was handed down October 1, 2019, Florian-Palma coerced a 14-year-old girl into "sexually explicit conduct and producing child pornography."
