Parson: FBI and DOJ targeted Trump, while ignoring Biden and others

 

Gov. Mike Parson issued the following statement on the indictment of former President Donald Trump:

Our justice system depends on the fair application of the law no matter the individual. When the FBI and DOJ target President Trump while blatantly ignoring President Biden and others, a terrible precedent is set.

When certain political leaders are protected while in power and others targeted when out, we do not have a just justice system.

We know these aggressive investigations are only taking place because President Trump dares to challenge Joe Biden’s disastrous presidency, and I am deeply concerned for the direction of our country. These political prosecutions must end.

    Hey Mikey, Let the facts be known before you spout off. If trump shared military secrets and put you and I at risk from foreign advisaries, he should be locked up. Nothing political about that, and Biden has nothing to do with it.
