The State Board of Education, by a 6-0 vote June 6 revoked the teaching license of a former Golden City teacher who pleaded guilty May 1 in Jasper County Circuit Court to a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
Jacey Stahl, 23, surrendered her license as part of the plea bargain agreement with the Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney's office in which a felony sex with a student charge was dismissed in exchange for Stahl's plea to the misdemeanor charge. She was placed on unsupervised probation for two years.
Jacey Stahl, got away with a Crime. She used her looks and gender - to avoid Jail Time. Had a Man Committed this similar Crime - - he would have received Jail Time. No If's And's or Butt's...
ReplyDeleteWe need to STOP - Looking at Gender / Looks - - and FOCUS on the CRIME...
Plus - - The State Board of Education - Finally Revokes her Teaching License - - What a JOKE. This Group has Backed and Sued the School Board for Teachers who have been Caught and Convicted with DRUGS - In their Desks and Purses at School so they could retain their Jobs.
If you are Found Guilty of a Crime, as a Teacher, Doctor, or Attorney - You Should have to Immediately be Lose your License - - and Should not be allowed to Teach or Practice - in another State...
STOP FEELING SORRY FOR THE CRIMINALS AND START FEELING SORRY FOR THE VICTIMS...
^^^ 100% she should be jailed. Disgusting! Lady clearly has some issues and is a predator.
