During a video arraignment Monday in Jasper County Circuit Court, a former Wildwood Senior Living employee was formally arraigned and pleaded not guilty to an assault charge.
A bond reduction hearing for Takeshia Moore, 45, Joplin, is scheduled for 8:15 a.m. November 1, who is being held in the Jasper County Jail on a $50,000 bond- $25,000 cash, $25,000 surety.
Moore is accused of assaulting a 77-year-old resident of Wildwood Senior Living October 1, 2022. According to the probable cause statement, Moore, 45, a Level I medication aide, abused a 77-year-old resident who was in Wildwood's memory care unit to a diagnosis of dementia by shoving him, causing him to fall and suffer hip and femur fractures. After that, the resident's health rapidly deteriorated and he died January 21.
Takeshia Moore - if proven guilty of assaulting this 77-year-old she should be sent to jail. No Probation, No Special Treatment, or Slap on the Wrist...

Someone Commented before that Takeshia Moore - had worked at several Nursing Homes and Rehab Centers in the Joplin Area - - I had asked the one where we have a Relative at - and they denied the request - probably to Protect their Potential Legal Liability - -
If you are aware of her Past Jobs in the Joplin Area - - Please Respond...

DeleteWow - Is anyone aware if Takeshia Moore abused anyone at Oak Pointe in Carthage or Joplin Health and Rehab?
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know of any suspected Elder Abuse, besides this incident at any of the Local Nursing Homes and Rehab Facilities?
Most of the Nursing Homes and Rehab Local Centers are all owned by Out-Of-State Corporations and I have heard may try to Cover Up - these issues -
