The Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney filed a felony meth possession charge today against a Joplin man, who was arrested Monday at 12:39 p.m. after Joplin police saw his vehicle in a business parking lot at E. 4th Street and S. Range Line Road. The probable cause indicated dumpster diving had occurred.
Curtis Daniel Wilson (DOB 1983) was arrested after a search of his vehicle turned up methamphetamine, an alprazolam pill and measuring scales.
Bond was set at $3,500 surety or $500 cash.
The probable cause statement notes that he has a history of arrests on drug possession charges and not showing for court appearances.
