A 10 a.m. November 28 sentencing hearing is scheduled in U. S. District Court in Springfield for a Monett man who pleaded guilty March 30 to trafficking methamphetamine in Jasper County.
Troy D. Liggett, 28, entered his plea only three weeks after a grand jury indicted him.
According to his plea agreement, Liggett met with a confidential source for the Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team at a Taco Bell in Joplin March 4, 2022, then went to a "neutral site" where he sold the source 117 grams of methamphetamine.
