Neosho man charged with assault after allegedly hitting ex-wife over head with vodka bottle

The Newton County Prosecuting Attorney's office charged a Neosho man with second degree assault after he allegedly hit a woman over the head with a vokda bottle and broke her glasses Sunday.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Thomas B. Pinson (DOB 1962) with bond set at $1,500 cash.

The case was investigated by the Newton County Sheriff's Office.

    When will people realize that you cannot use Violence to solve problems - especially in domestic issues - Walk Away or seek Legal Counsel - now he may never see his kids again and his kids will realize what a low life he is for hitting his ex-wife - -
