Kou Sheng Xiong - should serve a up to 30-Years for Embezzling $82,000 from this Bank.

My Only Question is that Embezzling from a Federal Intuition is a Federal Offense - So why are the Local - Yokels Prosecuting Her and Not the Feds...

Embezzlement or Theft From a Federal Institution
Under 18 U.S.C. ยง 657, depending on the amount, certain types of theft regarding a Lending or Credit Institutions are punishable by imprisonment of up to 30 years and incurring fines up to $1,000,000.00.

The Judges, Prosecuting Attorneys, and Jurors, need to start getting Tough on Criminals - No More Slaps on the Wrist, No More Get Out of Jail Free Cards, No More Backroom Courthouse Deals, No More Probation. Most Criminals Never Learn - and Recommit Crimes - So Why do we give them Multiple Chances - - Throw the Book at Them - - No More HardLuck Stories - - Do the Crime - Do the Time...

    6:30am:
The reason it is staying local, is because Newton County operates under its own rules. It has little interest in operating under other rules.

I am sure nobody want the Feds looking over their shoulder, but Jasper, Newton, and McDonald County - need to have their Court Systems Reviewed - - To many Criminals are getting Slaps On the Wrist, Getting Out of Jail Free Cards, Having Backroom Courthouse Deals Made, and Probation all the Time.

We need the Feds - to Figure Out Why - Criminals Who Steal / Rob or Pedophiles that get off on Probation, or DWI Drivers that are caught Driving Drunk 4 - 5 Times - Never Go To Jail.

These are Not Court Systems that are Serving and Protecting our Society. We need a System that Serves Justice and Shows Criminals that they will be Punished for the Crimes they Commit.

We have got to get Rid of the "Good Ole Boy", "You Scratch My Back" - Mentality among Judges, Prosecuting Attorneys, Jurors and Defense Attorneys.

The Feds need to Start Investigating - Why we have such a Criminal - Catch and Release Program - and they should step in and take Control of Federal Cases - -
