Stark City man charged with statutory rape of 7-year-old girl

The Newton County Prosecuting Attorney filed a statutory rape charge against a Stark City man. An arrest warrant was issued and he will be held without bond.

According to the probable cause statement, Matthew Stephen Stewart (DOB 1992) raped the girl and forced him to perform a sex act on him when they were alone.

The statement alleges Stewart also made the child perform a sex act on the dogs and that Stewart told her "not to tell anybody, it was a secret and if she does, she will get in trouble."

Matthew Stephen Stewart - is a SICK PERVERTED BASTARD - Yes - Death is Way To Easy for this Guy - He should be taken to the Woods and Punished and Left there to Die.

Almost everyday in the News is another story about these Pedophiles - Hurting another Child.

You have got to Protect your Children - they are the most Precious Gifts that you will ever receive. I Hope this Poor Innocent Child - Receives the Counseling and Help to Overcome these Heinous Crimes against her.

We need Tough - Judges, Prosecuting Attorneys, and Jurors - Who are tired of these Crimes and Criminals. Our Society - Needs to send them a Message - That We will not allow this Type of Behavior in our Society.

No More - Slaps on the Wrist or Get Out of Jail Free Cards, No More Backroom Courthouse Deals, No Probation - Our Court System MUST SEND THESE CRIMINALS A MESSAGE - WE WILL NOT PUT UP WITH THIS ANY MORE.

If our Elected / Appointed Officials Cannot - Do their Jobs we need to Elect Ones that Will or Mount a Recall against them. Society is Tired of Being the Victims of these Criminals and the Crimes they Commit.

Stop Feeling Sorry for the Criminals and Start Feeling Sorry for the Victims.

At least in Newton county there might be a chance this guy gets locked away. We all know how it would turn out in Jasper county with Theresa Kenny.

All I need is some rubber garden hose, my truck with a set of jumper cables, a bear trap, and pair of pliers. You can fill in the rest.
