Neosho man charged with fondling boy younger than 12, exposing himself

 The Newton County Prosecuting Attorney charged a Neosho man with statutory sodomy and child molestation today.

The probable cause statement alleges Michael Anthony Martin (DOB 1993) performed a sex act with his hand on a boy younger than 12 and exposed his genitalia to a child under age 15.

The alleged crimes took place in 2019 and 2020, according to the probable cause statement.
