Judge merry-go-round on Tiffany Cossey sign stealing case lands on Hensley

Former Carthage City Councilwoman Tiffany Cossey's initial appearance on a misdemeanor stealing charge, originally scheduled for today in Carthage Municipal Court, has been indefinitely postponed.

Jasper County Circuit Court online documents show the case was moved to Circuit Court Wednesday following the recusal of Judge Jeremy Workman.

Since then, two judges, John Nicholas and Luke Boyer have recused.

As this is written, Judge Joseph Hensley has been assigned.

Cossey allegedly stole two signs asking people to vote to remove her from the City Council. Carthage Ward 5 voters recalled the councilwoman during the November 5 election.

Judge Workman had no choice since he used to be a lawyer in the firm that is representing her.

I hope she becomes the CFO for CWEP! Since their budget and process is so confusing, maybe she could sink her teeth into and make it more simple for all the simpletons that don’t understand public power

Tiffany Cossey, needs to face the full consequences of the law for what she did. She stole someone else's property. She went on to their private property and physically removed their property and hid it. No different than all of those people that are in the news for stealing from Target, Walmart, or Kohls.

She should Lose her - Law License and be Disbarred and her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License - Again, Stealing from Others is not what you would call a Successful Woman, in the Business World. Why would you ever Trust or Respect this Woman???
