The Camdenton R-III School District is pleased to announce Dr. Keith White as the new Assistant Superintendent of Finance & Operations for the 2025-2026 school year.

Dr. White brings 27 years of experience in education, leadership, and district operations. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from William Woods University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science Education from Southwest Baptist University.

Most recently, Dr. White served as Superintendent of Diamond R-IV Schools in Diamond, Missouri, where he led the district through a period of growth and improvement.

Under his leadership, student enrollment increased by over 15%, and the district made significant advancements in professional development, curriculum alignment, and instructional practices. He also played a key role in facility upgrades, overseeing a $2.4 million secure entrance and office renovation and a $6 million no-tax-increase bond-funded PK-1 Early Childhood Center.

Dr. White’s leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, visibility, and a commitment to continuous improvement. He looks forward to supporting Camdenton R-III’s mission of educational excellence while enhancing operational efficiencies across the district.

“I am honored to join the Camdenton R-III School District and excited to contribute to the success of Laker Nation,” said Dr. White. “I look forward to working with the administrative team and staff to ensure a strong future for our schools.”

Dr. White and his wife, Angela, have been married for 29 years and have three children: Colton, Conner, and Cicely. In his free time, he enjoys serving his church, spending time with family, fishing, hunting, and managing his family’s fifth-generation cattle farm.

Interesting that he will be in charge of Finance and yet he's the reason that Diamond is broke. Good luck Camdenton schools.

He has left a great legacy for Diamond students and if you were not short-sighted you would see that.
The children can now attend classes in a more healthy and brighter environment.
The monies put forth were an investment and will be recouped.

If he made such great improvements then why has the district scored last with MSIP scores the last 2 out of the 3 past years in the Southwest conference?!! Literally last in academics under his tenure but by golly we have a daycare and new entryways 🙄🙄
