Joplin Mini-Mart fails health department inspection

Joplin Mini-Mart, 1210 E. 15th Street, failed its Joplin Health Department inspection Thursday, according to information posted on the department website.

The business received two priority violations:

-Sandwiches, snack sticks, cheese, and burritos in the retail display cooler were being cold held above 41°F.








-A sanitizer bottle was "stored over/with food and/or food equipment."

The store was also cited for a core violation.
