(From the U. S. Attorney for the Western District of Missouri)SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – A Mexican man was indicted by a federal grand jury today for illegally re-entering the United States after he was previously deported.
Gilberto Silvan-Perez, 38, was charged in a one-count indictment with illegal reentry by a previously removed alien. The indictment, which replaces a criminal complaint filed on May 29, 2025, charges that Silvan-Perez had previously been removed from the United States at least once, on Aug. 14, 2014.
The charges contained in this indictment are simply accusations, and not evidence of guilt. Evidence supporting the charges must be presented to a federal trial jury, whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
This case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Patrick Carney and was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement - Enforcement and Removal Operations and Homeland Security Investigations.
This Illegal Alien was caught and sent back under Obama's Time in Office - and probably when Sleepy Joe left all the Borders Open came back in - Of course who knows if it was Biden - since he didn't know he was back in office - probably his Auto-Pen - Wife, Son, and Staff - just Signing Laws and doing things with nobody knowing what they were doing.

All they see is an orange colored clown telling them their lives are in danger from people of color. I'm sure you would never take over the work of an immigrant 951. You just only want to sit in your lazyboy and be served.

DeleteHe may be hard working and non-violent, but the rule of law has to be followed. Following the law of legal entry is a bedrock and must be followed, regardless of political affiliation. Remember Obama deported more people than any other President, and not a single protest or mention from the MSM at the time.
