Caleb James Sealy (DOB 2002) is free after posting a $500 bond. His next hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m; September 28 in Newton County Circuit Court.
The crime allegedly took place July 4 with the probable cause statement saying Sealy removed the bathing suits from the rack, taking them into the fitting room, masturbating into them and then returning the bathing suits to the rack.
From the probable cause statement:
Based on the investigation, there is probable cause to believe the defendant knowingly damaged Walmart property by contaminating merchandise with bodily fluids, rendering it unsellable.
The amended information notes that Sealy "knowingly took a substantial step toward sexual contact with another by ejaculating onto women's swimsuits and placing them upon a rack of swimsuits for sale for the purpose of arousing or gratifying defendant's own sexual desire."
The Neosho Police Department arrested Sealy at a traffic stop. According to the probable cause statement, he denied any wrongdoing.
This is what the world is coming too. Sick and Perverted individuals like, Caleb James Sealy! We do not live in a society based on values, morals, and respect anymore, so we need to start enforcing our laws and sending these criminals to prison and if you do your time and are released and still cannot fit into society send them right back to live their lives in prison away from society.

This is probably not the first time he has done this behavior for sexual gratification. He needs to be in prison before he moves his behaviors towards others, including young children, if he hasn’t already and just not been caught.

About 2 months ago he did the same thing at the same Walmart, only he sprayed it all over the fitting room and some other women's clothes. All over the walls and stuff, absolutely disgusting. He was able to get away before they were able to stop him. This guy is sick and should be held fully accountable for his perverted actions. Mother effer thought they wouldn't remember him 😂
ReplyDelete7:07 he is a very sick sexual deviant, especially with the sick behaviors that you have described. So sorry for the employees that has had to clean up his messes. It’s really too bad that he wasn’t apprehended the previous time but it makes you wonder how many times he has done this previously, only on a much smaller scale, that wasn’t realized or known about. He definitely seems to be escalating and will likely continue to do so, especially since being released on such a small bail. Makes you worry about what behaviors he is committing in private, if he is doing this in a public space. I hope the police are trying to keep a closer eye on him before he harms a child or someone else.

This is beyond disgusting and disturbing for an individual to get out on that low of a bond, especially after committing such a deviation sexual activity, in a public place. Shame on the Judge who set such a low bond, allowing him to be released at all. He definitely requires a mental health evaluation before he can harm innocent children, if he has not already done so, that has not been reported. He will probably quickly escalate his deviant sexual behaviors, since being released with that small of a bond.
