The indictment of Joplin business owner Dylan Gregory Neely was unsealed today in U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
According to the indictment, Neely, 42, owner of Neely Mechanical Services, fraudulently received $392,834 in three CARES Act loans from the Small Business Administration, claiming employees he didn't have and businesses that didn't exist.
Neely used the money for personal purposes, according to the indictment. The crimes were allegedly committed between July 1, 2020, and May 30, 2021,
Neely is charged with three counts of wire fraud.
Dylan Gregory Neely, is another Crook, send him to Prison - The Government needs to STOP GIVING AWAY TAXPAYERS MONEY - - It only leads to Fraud, Corruption, and Breaking the Laws.
