Tierall Devean Sherrick, 30, Joplin, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute during a hearing this afternoon in U. S., District Court in Springfield.
As part of a plea agreement, two weapons charges were dismissed.
The crime took place in October 2025.Jasper County Circuit Court records indicated Sherrick was charged with multiple felonies, including two counts of domestic assault, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action and property damage, stemming from arrests by the Joplin and Carl Junction police departments.
No date has been set for sentencing.
