South Greenfield man arrested for burglary, harassment, stalking

On September 1, 2026, Deputy Miller arrested Harley Alan Carter, of South Greenfield, Missouri, in Lockwood, Missouri.

Carter was arrested in connection with the following charges:

• Burglary – 2nd Degree — Class D Felony
• Harassment – 1st Degree — Class E Felony
• Stalking – 1st Degree, 1st Offense — Class E Felony
• Violation of an Order of Protection for an Adult — Class A Misdemeanor

On September 2, 2026, a Dade County court issued a no-bond warrant related to these charges.

Carter is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
