A change of plea hearing is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in U. S. District Court in Springfield for Skylar Wyrick, 25, Sarcoxie, who is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.Wyrick was indicted after he was arrested by the Carthage Police Department following an October 3, 2025 traffic stop.
A search uncovered a firearm, ammunition and methamphetamine, according to the government's detention motion.
