Lotus's was cited for three priority violations and seven core violations.
Priority violations were recorded for the following:
-Multiple bags of raw chicken in the drop-in freezer were in direct contact with grocery store checkout bags.
-Multiple live flies were seen, especially in the back food prep area.
-Muliple unlabeled spray bottles were observed in the server area.

Recovery Outreach Community Center
Recovery Outreach Community Center received a priority violation for having a hand-held spray nozzle in the three-compartment sink that is not protected by an approved backflow prevention device and three core violations, which can be found at this link.

Not sure how Cracker Barrel passed their inspection. That place is nasty. I have called the corporate office on them. There is always food all over the floor. The windows are always nasty. The vents along the seating by the window is disgusting. The tables are never clean. The floor is always got stuff all over it. I don’t know. They should never have passed their food inspection because that place is absolutely filthy and I will continue to make complaints to the corporate office until something is done about this nasty restaurant.
