James W. Johnston, a member of La-Z-Boy Inc.'s board of directors for 15 years, is the new chairman of the board, according to a story broken this afternoon by Furniture Daily.
Johnston, 67, replaces Pat Norton, who is retiring.
La-Z-Boy Neosho is one of the biggest employers in the Neosho area.
