Ethics Committee to explore House leaders' role in Foley scandal

What did they know and when did they know it?
That's what the House Ethics Committee will try to find out as it explores the scandal surrounding inappropriate e-mail and instant messages sent from disgraced Rep. Mark Foley, R-Fla., to male teenage pages.
At the moment, the fallout appears to be missing Seventh District Congressman Roy Blunt, the majority whip, who may be positioning himself to leapfrog over Speaker Dennis Hastert and Majority Leader John Boehner, both of whom have run into difficulties with this scandal.
