It will be at least another month before a decision is made on whether to remand Memorial Middle School shooter Thomas Gregory White's case to juvenile court.
Testimony was given this morning by a representative from Boys and Girls Town, who said White does not belong in an adult court. The Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney's office questioned whether the representative has the expertise to be able to make such a determination.
The defense's request to have until July 6 to provide more information was granted by Judge David Mouton, according to case.net records.
