A word to the wise: If you are not Connie Francis, don't try to sing "Where the Boys Are."
Amy Davis, the 25-year-old from Indiana is just finishing up the song as I write this, and she has definitely been the worst of the five contestants thus far (of course, if you have ever heard my group, Natural Disaster) you know that I know bad singing.
Randy didn't like it; Paula said, "The camera loves you." That may be true, but the ears didn't. Simon said, "A very boring song."
I forget the name of the Janis Joplin soundalike who went before, but she and 16-year-old Alaina Whitaker have been the strongest of the first five.
Lay off the Connie Francis songs.
