Thanks to the Missouri Ethics Commission's ruling that Rep. Ron Richard, R-Joplin, could keep the excess contributions he received during the first part of 2007, the speaker-in-waiting now has $158,845.43 in his campaign account.
According to the disclosure form filed Sunday with the Commission, Richard collected $15, 400 during the past three months, including maximum $325 contributions from the following:
