Chris Collings, one of two men charged in last November's brutal rape and slaying of nine-year-old Rowan Ford of Stella, will be tried in Phelps County Circuit Court in Rolla.
The change of venue was granted Thursday, for Collings, 34, Wheaton. The other man charged in the killing, David Wesley Spears, 25, Stella, Rowan Ford's stepfather, will be tried in Pulaski County Circuit Court.
