Rated X: Emery's bill to regulate sexually-oriented business

For those who are looking for titillating reading, you might check out HB 321, sponsored by Rep. Ed Emery, R-Lamar.

In his effort to run the evildoers out of business, Emery has listed just about everything sexual that could take place in such an establishment. Among the bill's co-sponsors are Bryan Stevenson, R-Webb City; Ron Richard, R-Joplin, Tom Flanigan, R-Carthage; and Marilyn Ruestman, R-Joplin.

Don't let the children anywhere near this bill.

Here we are up to our eyeballs in a recession, people out of work everywhere, and this yoyo is worried about people doing what they have done for years. They have had sex forever, and will continue to do so.

He has to be a religious do-gooder out to save everyone for what he conceives as "sin"!

Unlike you Dave - Rep. Emery can do more than one thing at a time.

  3. But at least Dave added something to the conversation, which is more than you did.

What? No more lap dances? And Randy, lighten up. The language in that bill is not pornography. You are too funny!

  5. I was thinking more in terms of the incredible amount of research that must have been done to make sure every perversion and every possible sexual activity was covered in the law.

RT - I added as much value as anything you post in this blog.

Randy, do you know where one might find a "sexual encounter center" where one might perhaps wrestle or tumble with a semi-nude person? Whoever wrote that has some serious sexual hurdles to overcome...but seriously, get back to me if you know where I can find one of those centers.
