Sen. Gary Nodler, R-Joplin, will announce Thursday whether he will take a shot at the Seventh District Congressional seat currently held by Roy Blunt, according to Joplin Globe political reporter Joe Hadsall's blog:

If Nodler announces, he will join a race that includes Republicans Mo. Sen. Jack Goodman, auctioneer Billy Long and Greene County Prosecutor Darrell Moore
