She talks to hear her head rattle. One of those people that enjoys hearing herself talk but never really says anything. I think she was trying to "put the spin" on her leaving office but it just ended up "rattle, rattle" and left people wondering what she was talking about. The only thing that made any sense that she said was the part that she was bailing out, she didn't manage to make any sense why but checking her low ratings it probably doesn't matter just as long as she keeps her word and let's someone else take over. She was a "flash in the pan".

she said a lot of words yet i'm not certain that any of them were supposed to be used together to form sentences. bless her heart.
