Final statistics for 2009 show House Minority Leader Mike Talboy, D-Kansas City, zooming past the $16,000 barrier in lobbyists' gifts.
Talboy added $272.05 worth of gifts in December, increasing his total to $16,227.97, according to documents posted moments ago on the Missouri Ethics Commission website.

Where did Mike Parson, Rep from Bolivar, fall this year? He is usually near the top of the list.
I have not checked yet, but I will be doing my Turner Report Hall of Shame later this week and we can see where he falls.
What is the grand total of a private jet co-owned by a lobbyist and Republican leader add up to? When is that total going to be placed on this list?
