Bill White, Joplin, who won the 129th District state representative Republican primary over Shelly Dreyer Tuesday, loaned himself $10,000 Wednesday to prepare for the fall campaign.
White will face Joplin City Councilman Jim West, who was unopposed in the Democratic primary.
so far, he has loaned himself- $45 thousand. That is more money than many people in Joplin make a year.....
