House Small Business Committee Chairman Sam Graves, R-Mo. opens a committee hearing by noting that the Small Business Administration, like nearly every other federal government agency must make cuts, but Graves said programs that are creating jobs must not be among those cuts.

Hey Graves, just which SBA programs create jobs? How about details.
USDA has a heck of a lot of programs that can be cut. One way to scale back government spending is to get rid of about 122,000 USDA employees. Another is to get rid of the programs that pay farmers 'stewardship program' funds for five years under the false impression that it prreserves farmers. Most of the money goes to nonfarming landowners.
Here is a primer for you Graves. Start with 10 SBA programs that do not create jobs. Get rid of these programs and the employees downstream that have sucked money from the taxpayers without producing results.
