I enjoyed my visit Friday night to the Dickensfest, which was held over the weekend in Joplin. The organizers did a superb job of recreating the time and the atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the interpretation of Dickens' A Christmas Carol by the Dream Theater troupe of Joplin.
