The FBI and the state fire marshal's office are investigating a fire that destroyed the Islamic Mosque in Joplin this morning.
The fire, which was called in at about 3:30 a.m. is the second at the mosque this summer.
The first fire damaged a wall and shingles.
Joplin Islamic Community members have said that their sign has been shot at in the past and they have had anti-Islamic slurs yelled at them by passers-by.
