It was a pretty slow quarter for Sen. Ron Richard, R-Joplin, as he raised $13,500 and spent $12,537.80, leaving him with $237,949.03 in the bank, according to his disclosure report filed Sunday with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
Richard's top contributor at $5,000 was Right Choice Managed Care, Cincinnati, Ohio. He also received $2,500 contributions from Ameren and Express Scripts, according to the report.
