From the December 8 Turner Report:
Retired billionaire Rex Sinquefield, in his continuing quest to remake Missouri (and apparently, the United States) in his own warped image, gave $800,000 to the It's Now Or Never PAC to fund a last-minute ad campaign for U. S. Senate candidate Todd Akin.
Thankfully, as Dan Rather says, that dog didn't hunt.
From today's Berger's Beat (St. Louis news) by Jerry Berger
Retired billionaire Rex Sinquefeld, in his continuing quest to remake Missouri (and apparently, the United States) in his own image, >gave $800,000 to the It’s Now Or Never PAC to fund a last-minute ad campaign for U. S. Senate candidate Todd Akin. Thankfullly, as Dan Rather says, “That dog didn’t hurt.”
I can't ever recall Dan Rather saying "That dog didn't hurt."
The source for my Turner Report post, which I linked to December 8, was the St. Louis Post-Dispatch's Statehouse Buzz by Elizabeth Crisp. The warped image and Dan Rather quotes are entirely my own.

Since he failed, I wish he had spent 10 times that amount and lost it all.
Repubs and their money are dangerous to the middle class and the working poor.
