Jasper County Jail records indicate Bourne, 34, Lamar, who is charged with kidnapping 12-year-old Adriaunna Horton of Golden City, with an amended charge of murder promised by Barton County Prosecuting Attorney Steven Kaderly, is now being held without bond. Previously, his bond had been set at $1 million for the kidnapping charge.
The jail records indicate that the kidnapping and murder Bourne allegedly committed have also been enough to get him charged with violating his probation.
