Charles (Hugh) Shields will formally announce his candidacy for the MO House 161st Legislative District Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at 1 p.m. in Spiva Park on 4th and Main Street, Joplin MO.
Michael Jarrett will formally announce his candidacy for the MO House 163st Legislative District Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 1 p.m. on the South side Courthouse Steps, 302 S. Main Street, Carthage, MO.
Both Hugh and Micheal would like to invite members of the public to attend. They will field questions about their candidacies and the issues they would like to highlight throughout the campaigns.
All local media have been notified of the events. In the event of inclement weather the events will be rescheduled.
Please join us in supporting our local Democratic Missouri State House Representatives for the 2014 election.
