Joplin R-8 Board does self-evaluation

And this is news how? Someone got paid big bucks to calculate results of a self- evaluation of the school board? What's next??? Students testing themselves to see how effective they received the information from the teacher?
Seriously, more qualified professional candidates are needed for that board. There needs to be term limits. The board needs to remain a child and community advocate instead of a self serving superintendent's advocate. There are many more problems than just patrons serving on committees. That is almost a joke considering the poor state of this district.
Wow. I just gave myself a self evaluation and I am giving myself a raise to $175,000.00 annually. I feel I deserve it because it is all about the children.
Okay auditors, you can go home now. We got this. After an intensive and thorough self-examination, we have everything under control. Nothing to see here. Thanks for dropping by.

If by self exam, you mean using their heads to do a prostate exam; this is an ongoing process.
