Joplin Redevelopment Corporation to okay delays on closings

The Joplin Redevelopment Corporation will meet 4 p.m. Tuesday in City Hall, with the primary order of business being to grant extensions for the closings on 15 parcels of property from Newco LLC (Charlie Kuehn) to February 6, 2015.

As of Saturday, three and half years have passed since the tornado. We are still waiting for something to be accomplished that has gone through the city's master developers and those who have worked with the city's master developers.
