Hope Valley, 20th & Connecticut discussions on tap for Joplin City Council

(From the City of Joplin)

The Joplin City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, January 12. The meeting will begin at 5:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers, fifth floor of City Hall. The public is welcome to attend, and it will be aired live on KGCS-TV, Missouri Southern State University’s television station. It will be rebroadcast at 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 13.

Agenda items include an update on the Hope Valley Community Improvement District (CID) and the HUD/Rockefeller Foundation’s National Disaster Resiliency Competition. In addition, there will be a discussion regarding the public infrastructure improvements at 20th and Connecticut.
